NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 - CUSTOMERS

SRL, with its registered office at Via J. Da Ponte 18/20 – 36061 Bassano del Grappa (VI), as the data controller, is required to provide certain information regarding the processing of your personal data as a customer.

SOURCE OF DATA, PURPOSES, AND METHODS OF PROCESSING

  1. The personal data collected by CENERE G.B. SRL, as the data controller, is gathered directly from the data subject.

    1. Managing your request for invoicing the purchased products;
    2. Handling your order for a product currently unavailable in the store;
    3. Managing tailoring services for purchased items (where applicable);
    4. Handling any returns of purchased products;
    5. Fulfilling tax, accounting, and other legal obligations related to the commercial relationship established;
    6. With your explicit consent, the personal data you provide may be used to send you communications about initiatives in our stores (e.g., notifying you when a tailor will be available) or the launch of new products.
  3. Processing will be carried out using both electronic tools and manual (paper-based) methods by individuals specifically authorised for this purpose.

The legal bases for the aforementioned processing activities are as follows:

  1. Managing your request for invoicing the purchased products: Article 6(1)(b), (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
  2. Handling your order for a product currently unavailable in the store: Article 6(1)(b), (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
  3. Managing tailoring services for purchased items (where applicable): Article 6(1)(b), (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
  4. Handling any returns of purchased products: Article 6(1)(b), (c), (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
  5. Fulfilling tax, accounting, and other legal obligations related to the commercial relationship established: Article 6(1)(b), (c), (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
  6. Sending you communications about initiatives in our stores or the launch of new products: Article 6(1)(a), (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Explicit and updated legal references regarding the obligations or requirements under which data processing may be carried out are available and can be consulted at the data controller’s office. These references are also part of the applicable Union law and the national legislation of the Member State to which the data controller is subject.

PROVISION OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF NON-PROVISION

For the purposes described above, it is necessary to collect and store all data essential for the services you request, such as, but not limited to, the company’s full details (in the case of an invoice request), your personal and residential information, contact details, phone number, email address, etc. Failure to provide such personal data may result in the partial or total inability to execute the contract.

Deletion of Personal Data

  1. o request the deletion of your personal data collected through our website, please send an email to info@ceneregb.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." All data associated with your account, including name, email, address, order history, and other stored information, will be removed, except as required by applicable legislation. We will respond to your request within 30 days in compliance with legal obligations. At the end of the retention periods, data will be automatically deleted or permanently anonymised, unless further retention is required by law.

TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS

Data will be stored on our corporate servers and physical archives, always within European territory, for processing entrusted to third parties or for data centre relocation services. No transfers of personal data to third countries or international organisations are anticipated.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data will be stored in our archives for the duration required to fulfil contractual and legal obligations. Subsequently, personal data will be deleted, anonymised, or destroyed in compliance with applicable regulations. If you consent to receive communications about store initiatives or the launch of new products, your personal data will be retained for no more than five years, unless you exercise your right to revoke or request deletion by emailing info@ceneregb.com.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights at any time under Articles 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, including the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint under Article 77 or seek judicial remedy under Article 78, by contacting us via email at info@ceneregb.com.
